for those of you who still read the newspaper, (yes, I am one of those!) there is an article in the Dem-Gaz today about the Komen Fitness training program that the Arkansas affiliate is beginning this year. The article is on page 1 of the Lifestyle section (or as I call it, the Comics section...)
don't forget--August 28, 2009 is the deadline for BOTH registering for the Race, and for ordering your team tee shirt.
